Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Callofdns Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider, or act for a provider.

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with our findings and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
